Do you have a recipe that you would like to share from your country or something that you enjoy and would like to share? Here is an African Dish African Groundnut Stew 1 Roasting chicken whole 2 Tbs. vegetable oil 3 Medium onion, raw, chopped 3 Tomatoes, fresh 6 Carrots, peeled 2 Cups Chicken broth, canned 1/4 Tsp. Nutmeg 1 Stick Cinnamon 2 Green bell peppers 1/2 Cup peanut butter 2 Tbs. Cornstarch 1 Tbs. Line juice, fresh 1/2 Tsp. Red pepper 1. Brown chicken and remove from skillet 2. Discard all but two oz. of oil 3. Saute onions, reduce heat to medium 4. Add tomatoes, 1 1/2 cups of brouth, lime juice, red pepper, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Bring to boil for 20 mins. 5. Add green peppers and simmer 20 mins. more 6. Skim and discard fat from sauce. 7 Blend peanut butter and cornstarch, then pour into stew and cook 5 mins. 8. Sever over rice

I don't have anything really crazy, just my Mediterranean-style quesadillas - it's like a normal quesadilla but you use feta cheese, or some Mediterranean cheese combo that includes feta (mine was made from a cheese mixture that included feta, provolone and parmesan)

I have a recipe from Ireland.Its stew.Good and healthy for you.oxtail soup .sliced carrot,potatoe,leak,parsnips, streak pieces brought to the boil then simmmer for about 1 hour.mmm yummy.

Filipino Chicken Pork Adobo 2 cloves garlic ,crushed 1 pc onion , sliced 4 pcs chicken drumstick 8 pcs cubed cut pork w/ skin 4 pcs. laurel leaves 8-10 pcs peppercorn 1/2 c soy sauce 1/4 c native vinegar dash of salt & sugar ; to taste water Mix all the ingredients in a casserole & bring to boil at medium heat until meat are cooked & tender enough. adjust sauce by adding little water to your desired consistency. Serve hot with garlic rice.
