Can you go a full 24 hours without sleep? / myLot

Ive gone 3 days without sleeping and when I finally put my head on that pillow I was out for a good 14 hours. Can you do 24 hours without sleep?

i can for 5day, but 14 hours sleeping is imposssible.

sweetie i think i have done that before but not recent, a very important thing can can make me do this is may be when am with you, i think i can go 48 hrs non sleeping, i will love to hear from you , HUG

Yes, I've done it too...watching tv after working a 12 hour shift and then getting on the computer "for a few minutes" and before you know it...I've been up 24 hours or more! I'm getting too old to do it much now...it takes a few days to catch up and recover afterwards! LOL

Yes, many times when I had to. But it takes a long time to catch up and I feel aweful for ages afterwards. I slept over 24 hours once after a 3day and 2 night stint. Sleep deprivation is a very good form of torture!!
