Why do ladies streak their hair???

I can;t understand why ladies go through all the trouble of streaking their hair to some abnormal color. And in the process expose their hair to harsh chemicals which do more damage then good.

I thing ladies streak their hair because it makes them feel more confident of themselves .streaking of hair is also the latest fashion and it is a perfect camouflauge for their white hair.streaking of hair also makes them feel that they are moving with the generation and not behind the generation

Well anything for the name of Fashion. This is the slogan of many women. So trying different stuff is always on their mind. Recently i saw a lady with a haircut similar to "Pete" from the Big Brother house. And to add to it.. she dyed the hair PINK!! can u imagine what she would have been looking like ???

It is to make their hair look good. Or for a change of pace. Women get bored with our hair. I wear wigs all the time and I get streaked wigs all the time!
