Are you of American Indian ancestry? My people are Creek Indians. What is your American Indian ancestry?

I am a member of the Miami Tribe of Oklahoma. I am also Cherokee, Eastern Shawnee and Loyal Shawnee. I was princess of the Miamis and my grandfather was second chief. There are also Miamis of Indiana. Miami University in Oxford, Ohio was founded by my tribe.

Since Indonesians are a brown people, perhaps you also could be rated as an American Indian. Could it be ture?

Very interesting to see native Americans grouping together. I don't have that heritage but when I got to the States for the first time I wanted to visit the national museum for the american Indian in NYC and I have never regretted I did that because it was very interesting and some of the artifacts exhibited were truly beautiful.

I would like to go to visit the National Museum for the American Indian. If it were not so far from Texas i would go to see the museum. Too bad that a lot of our history, ceramonies, and traditions have been forgotten. We have lost so much.
