I'm kinda bored so I'm going to start this discussion. I haven't been feeling well today and it's a bit odd. Maybe if I tell you my symptoms then you can give me some ideas as to why I'm feeling this way. I'm extreamly tired, abnormally tired and it's not because of lack of sleep. My head feels foggy, like I can't think straight, and this is the odd symptom...every time I stand up I feel nauseous and light headed. It's only when I stand on my feet and am moving around. Once I sit back down it goes away. And please, no posts suggesting that I might be pregnant because I am not pregnant...that's ruled out so don't post about pregnancy. I also have no illnesses, diabeties or anything of the like. I'm 32 years old and in pretty good health, not a smoker or drinker or anything like that....so what do you think it could be?

Firts I am going to say, and you probably knew this was coming, ask your doctor. But I'll give you some suggestions. Is anyone else sick? I am thinking it may be a carbon monoxide thing. Or maybe the start of an ear infection. Or maybe a blood pressure problem. I would get it checked out.

I figured I'd get a few people telling me to see a doc...my reasons for not doing so are above. lol My kids and my husband have been sick with sinus problems, cough and minor colds...I don't have symptoms they had and I don't feel that it's something like that. I have 2 carbon monoxide detectors in my home and they have not gone off. Ear infection, I don't know, my ear doesn't hurt though. Blood pressure might be a possibility I won't know until I have it checked. Thanks for the suggestions!

Maybe your body is fighting off whatever the rest of the family has. The mom is not supposed to be sick.lol. I hope you feel better soon but in the mean time, try to stand up slowly? Did you get the cold at all? Maybe there is just a little bit of fluid in your ear but not enough to make it hurt yet.

Maybe, I don't know. My 13 year old daughter had the cold first, then I got it and got over it and then the rest of the family had it over Christmas and are now getting over it. I don't usually get sick when my kids get sick but I think this one was unavoidable...I dont' feel this is a flu bug or cold though.

I would suggest making an appointment to see a qualified professional. Hope you feel better soon.

I'm going to avoid my doctor at all costs because for one, it's a weekend and the doc office is not open, two...I hate going to the doc...and 3, it's the end of the year so come Monday I will have to pay that big fat deductable again! I won't go to the doc for this problem unless I'm having a heart attack or something.

I think you have an infection through your sinus and ear - I get them every spring and fall and they don't always come with a runny nose so sometimes they are hard to figure what you have. If you don't start feeling better in a couple days go see your doctor.

I think you should go to the doctor! get some blood tests, or something.
