i remember when i was a student,in a party,i was invited to sing a song,befor i acted,i feeled my knees were shaking ,i tried to control them,but i can't,my heart was in my mouth!when i began to sing,i feel i was relaxed!In the followed days ,i wasn't afraid of acting in public.

I'm the same way! Well with public speaking that is. In high school I had to give a speech and was incredibly nervous about it. Right before I gave it, I had such bad stomach pains but somehow once I opened my mouth, I became relaxed and ended up winning a trophy for my perfomance!

When I was a child, I did a bit of singing in competitions etc, at the behest of my parents, and I don't recall feeling shy at all. I just did it. But as I got older I got shyer and now I avoid all displays in public.

i remember when i was a little girl,i was expected to sing a song before a lot of people,i felt very shy,but since I started secondary school,i often taked part in lecture activities after class,my classmates always said I was very active.
