Eye twitch

Earlier in the week my eye started twiching. It twitches for a minute or two then stops. It is really working on my last nerve. I have tries not wearing contacts, eating things with potassium, getting more sleep, and doing more relaxing things. I have been sick with a cold, but I don't think it is related. When the twitch started I wasn't taking any medicine. My cold is much better than it was earlier in the week, but the twitch is still around. Anyone have any other remedies that I could try?

Hmm, my eye twitches sometimes. Usually when I'm nervous or had a lot of caffine. Is it twitching all the time or off and on?

Off and on. I went to the Dr over the weekend for my cold issue and told the Dr, she didn't seem concerned. I haven't been stressed out and haven't been drinking as much caffine.

My husband is an optician. I just asked him. He said it is a nerve, and it will go away on it's own. Unless there is a cold in the nerve.

No, but I know what you mean, the twitching can realy be a pain, especially when driving. But if you haven't already, and it still is happening, then you may want to see a Dr. because I have never heard of it happening over a prolonged period of time.

Go see a doctor, you shouldn't trust people on mylot to diagnose you or try self diagnosis, vision problems can be very serious and indications of more severe situations.
