Paypal and Unverfied Account !!!!!!!!! concluded

anyway guys need some assistance from you people! as many of you are here since long ! i am having unverified account in paypal and i gone thru all necessary informations and came to this conclusion. UNVERIFIED ACCOUNT 1)each account has its limitations(i thinks its depends upon countries to countries ) you can see that by clicking on VIEW LIMIT tag after login into paypal account ! 2)minimum requirement for withdrawing money is 150$ ! 3) there are monthly transaction limits ! 4) there are limitations of the unverified account that how much maximum you can withdrawal being unverified ! and in my case it is showing 3,000 $ ! after that i think i will not be able to use my paypal account for withdrawal and i have to verified it for further use. 5)charges are their for payment received and withdrawal request ! now question arises is why there are lots of contradiction regarding this issue why we don't have some positive replies ! correct me if i am wrong !!!!!
