starting a bird rescue

hello. my husband and i are seriously thinking of starting a small avian rescue in our area. we have several large birds of our own and currently do recue and foster birds from time to time.we need to find out where we can find out about the laws in utah that govern these facilities... specifically, licensing and other requirements. any ideas?

Have you tried going to an animal rescue place? I'm sure they could give you the specifics in what you need to do. Good luck. It's great what you are doing.
