and why. I want some answers as to WHY you choose the company. For me: AVON. I think they are the leaders of anti aging. covergirl foundations were just too heavy for me. I love their handcreams, bath and body. I just feel they are superior...esp with their oils!

I use MAC, I know it's expensive but I really like the quality. I just bought my daughter an eye liner from Avon and she love's it. It's the gel form and you apply it with a brush. We also buy the Cover girl, Revlon and Maybelline, but for special occasion's it's got to be MAC

The department store products are made by the big companies anyway - or sometimes vice versa! (Yes the cheapies own the expensive lines sometimes) Here are a few links to look at. Interesting! http://www.cosmeticscop.com/shop/books.asp?CODE=DG6 Estee Lauder owns Stila, Aramis, Aveda, Clinique, Jane, Tommy Hilfiger Fragrances, Bobbi Brown, Prescriptives, M.A.C., Origins, Donna Karan Cosmetics, Jo Malone Perfumes, Bumble & Bumble, Kate Spade Beauty, and Creme de la Mer (Source: www.elcompanies.com). L'Oreal owns Maybelline, Lancome, Helena Rubinstein, Kiehl's, BioMedic, Vichy, Biotherm, Giorgio Armani Parfums, Ralph Lauren Parfums, Shu Uemura, Ombrelle, Redken, Matrix, Garnier, and La Roche Posay (Source: www.loreal.com). Procter & Gamble owns Cover Girl, Max Factor, Clairol, Olay, Noxzema, Pantene, and Vidal Sassoon (Source: www.pg.com). Johnson & Johnson, in the realm of cosmetics and skin care-oriented medical products owns Neutrogena, Aveeno, Clean & Clear, PersaGel, RoC, Retin-A, and Renova (source: www.jnj.com). Revlon owns Almay and Ultima II (Source: www.revlon.com). Shiseido owns Cle de Peau, Decleor, NARS, and Sea Breeze (Source: Shiseido Annual Report, March 31, 2002, www.shiseido.co.jp/e/annual/html/anu92000.htm). Beiersdorf owns La Prairie, Nivea, Basis, Eucerin, and Juvena of Switzerland (Source: www.beiersdorf.com).

Make up - Make up
I use different products from different companies. I love CoverGirl foundations - the new Radiance Foundation with Olay is a really good match for me. My going out foundation was Estée Lauder, but it doesn't compare to CG. For eyeshadows, I do like Estée Lauder, but they are pricey. I discovered Mocah Cosmetics at some Target department stores in Melbourne. The colours are highly pigmented and the prices are CHEAP for a large size product, For lipsticks - I love the effect of the Rimmel Volumising lipsticks. They don't wear so well though. But at the moment it's my favourite :) Mascaras - I have tried several of the high end ones and they are no better than Maybelline, Cover Girl or any of the lower end cheapie ones. I do like Avon products but I hate that I have to wait to get them delievred. So I tend not to buy too many - though their hand creams are great.

I like Avon too and i can remember when my mother used to have the Avon lady come to our house back when I was a child, so I grew up on many Avon products. I like that the products are often on sale and that I know the quality

The only make up that I wear is lipstick, and occassionally mascara. Both are covergirl. The prices are reasonable, and it doesn't have a strong fragrence. I don't care for that. As far as lotions, Aveena for me. I have very sensitive skin, and the product is mostly natural.

I absolutely love Nicole Miller products (available through Melaleuca). They are full of suppliment strength vitamins and feel so natural on your skin. The prices are very good, too.

I like Avon because it's cheap yet of high quality. The earning opportunity that they provide to everyone is the best. But I don't usually use Avon Cosmetics because I am allergic to some. And as for the anti-aging creams, I am still young, I am 20 so I guess I don't need that as of now. I like their bath cream especially the white one, with licorice.

You are young, but you should start using anti aging around 25. I sell mineral girlz now which is better for your skin. Avon is known for their anti aging and heads up the cosmetic industry . Let me know if you'd want more info on mineral makeup.

I've been using MAC Cosmetics for almost 5 years now, I guess I just got used to it..it doesn't hurt or dry my lips and the eye liners doesnt hurt my eyes either...colors are nicer too, so i guess that's the only reason why I got hooked on MAC

I LOVE make-up but had sensitive skin, so I have to stick more with minerals, but love revlon(pay for using it afterwards) I just think it puts off a better color pallete. JMO
