Saddam execution?

I am fully agree with your views, Saddam is not given proper trial in per the laws of concern. The head of state is immune from any sort of criminal liability and he should be above law, in the law there is principle called the doctrine of sovereign imminity which is not applied by the Iraqi courts in case of Saddam.
