if u want to be at the top............... if u want to make your dream come true ........ if u want to earn money........ if u want to be loved ...... if u have the hunger of knowledge......... if u want to discover something new......... if u want to know history ....... if u want to guess abour future......... if u want to beocme famous........ if u want to learn a guitar(just a example)........ there lots of to mention the benefits of reading these were few to name............

I agree with u and in my personal view, i'll like to say that reading books is a very good habbit as we come to know many new and wise things by it. Our knowledge and vocabulary increases. We come to know many new things by reading books and my hobby is reading books but i've become internet addictor now but try to read something now too.

I am constantly amazed at how many people don't read for pleasure. I have read books ever since I can rememebr - I love TV and DVDs but reading is the last thing I do every night before switching off the light to sleep. Reading broadens your vocabulary, gives you insight to other people's ideas, and keeps the mind active and working. I can't imagine a world without books. But then I'm also a writer and love writing romance novels. I wish I could write suspense or other fiction too.

Reading will improve the knowledge. not only the general knowledge but, also you can improve your grammer in english or other language. i like to read. i always read, bookd, newspapers, etc... whenever i am free.

Ya, reading is good habit, but a few of us follow this. TV has taken place of book. But I spent time to read books etc. Sometime I visit Net also to find good books, though there are summary available, but I try to learn new thing. We have library at our compay, we use at idle time.

i feel reading makes me more good in english because i am very poor but after participating in mylot i have improved very much
