Job satisfaction or High Salary?

Very very hard to answer. If the salary difference wasn't too much I would go for job satisfaction. One does need money to to live and afford a certain lifestyle so if the difference was too big then it is a problem. Like I really want to do Research but the money is not that good and I am working in the commercial sector instead, but I plan to save enough early and go back to research.
