Has e-gold really deleted all Iranians account? is this true or rumour?

i got a friend on chatting who told me that e-gold has deleted all the accounts which are from Irans as its a Islamic country and now e-gold is also against Islam and hence deleted all such accounts source here: http://talkgold.com/forum/r133351-.html i am afraid as i am also a Muslim but In India

I checked the site but it is difficult to ascertain how true it is. Most of the links in the site are scams and some don't work either. There are enough US assets in Muslim countries and I don't think e-gold will dare to do this. But I am not sure wheter e-gold is in agreement with Islamic laws. I know that charging interst is prohibited. Is trading in gold allowed? If so the Iranian government could have banned e-gold.
