downloading pproblems on internet

there seems to be a great problem in downloading various contents from internet.the problems r as follows-
1) finding non pay sites.
2) use of proxy server makes downloading a great mess.
so anybody who knows how to overcome these problems plz participate in this discussion.

first of all goto westbyte website and download IDA(download manager) and install it then find serials in www.serials.ws for this,then configure it according to your proxy server(if your computer behind a proxy server)
then download via some free sites:
www.vastdown.com
www.soft32.com
www.9down.com
www.cooltoad.com
