I have. How long have you had RLS? And what do you take? I have taken Requip twice a day for the past month. It helps some.

I have had RLS, never knew what it was my whole life. But I used to get a lot of smacks upside the head because of it. I really don't have too many problems until I start to get the slightest bit tired and then they become very active and annoying. I have never been able to explain to anyone what it is, not even my wife. But she knows I have it and it's not in my head. (I thought that was funny) It's really not so bad if I can get up and walk around for a while. But if I am in a place where I can't move it can almost drive you mad. Sorry that you have it but in my 54 years you are the first person I have ever heard that has it other than me. It's a bit of a relief to know I am not along although I wouldn't wish it on anyone.

I was diagnosed with RLS about a year ago. My doctor put me on Mirapex and it helped at first but I'm beginning to think I'm going to need a dosage increase or he is going to need to change my medicine. I take Mirapex 1 mg at night. It doesn't just bother me at night, though, it can hit me during the day too. The Mirapex just dosn't seem to be helping me like it did at first.
