Cars the Movie

Another excellent Disney movie, loved by my grandkids but able to keep the interest of the adults in the household. I appreciate that some movie studios still recognize the need to produce quality entertainment, suitable for children, with a story line that does not rely only on car crashes and explosions. Even on the fourth viewing, I was still picking out bits of trivia, puns, etc that make the show so enjoyable, like the huge construction cones used for motel rooms.

Yes Cars is a very cute little movie. I watched it with my nephew a couple days ago. Have you yet seen the movie Over the Hedge? that was another cute little animated flick, I am certain the kids will get a kick out of it and so will you. Have a great day and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

This was a great movie that young and old could enjoy. I loved picking out the voices/characters. Great cast and good story line with some morals to the story!

Perhaps the funniest part of the movie was at the end, maybe even after the credits, when the one vehicle was commenting on how one actor was used to do character voices in several different movies. If you don't know what I am talking about, watch it again and see if you can pick out the actor. If not, post and I will tell you who it is.

Cars fulfill its hype with its big news of Disney and Pixar reconciliation making this first ever big appearance for this featured film. Cars, another well made genius from a Pixar creation teaches the life lesson about fame and fortune. Incredibly made and so stylish, the characters bring out so much liveliness to the big screen. I have seen so many animated movies that have opened in the past year and they do not set the tone like Pixar does. All of Pixar’s creations have life lessons which are great for a family movie and children’s movie. The characters on the film are so creative with the depictions of how cars would be seen if they really alive. This hilarious comedy will make you laugh and leave you enjoyed asking for a sequel. The story is about a lightning fast rookie named Lightning McQueen (Owen Wilson) and how he discovers that life is just not about the finish line with the glory and fame. That life is about friends and fun which Lightning discovers in a place called Radiator Springs. He meets different brand of cars that bring in a flavor of differences that gives Lightning McQueen a new perspective in life. Computer Animation is getting better with this big screen feature and its glamorous visual effects. There is really nothing bad to say about this animated movie because it lives up to its hype. A big summer hit I’m sure about and should bring a large crowd for this summer. The visual and performance from the cast are incredible and with funny taglines the characters say, specifically Lightning McQueen ending the races. Just make you want to say it yourself. Cars is a touching movie that should be a great addition to Pixar’s and Disney’s vault of classics. I recommend this movie to anybody that enjoys animations or just want to watch a fun filled mov

I recently moved in with my boyfriends sister and her 3-year old son, so my movie viewing has been significantly aged down. I watched Cars tonight and was laughing my butt off through the whole thing. I loved the part with the imports (I grew up in Sacramento with the cruise), and it took me halfway through the movie before I recognized Larry the Cable Guy as the voice of Mater. I thought it was great how he worked his famous lines in. I love how Pixar makes movies that are fun for adults, too.

This is a great movie. Santa gave it to the kids for Christmas. It is enjoyable for adults and children alike. There are so many little puns out there and it has a really nice life lesson as well.

I saw Cars when I was on a mission trip in Singapore this past summer. It was such a good movie that if there was ever a dull moment in our normal conversation, then we could just bring up something about Cars and everybody would laugh.
