Do's - make more money at work and maybe through some internet stuff, losing the last bit of weight and getting ripped, benching more than 250lbs as I have been stuck this year at 245lbs (that should be done Jan), continue to be a grat father for my kids and doing more with them and having lots of fun! There are more do's but I will be here forever
Dont's - spend lots of money on fast foods!
