Most of the young adults I know loved the Harry Potter books. Actually I loved them as well and I am an adult. I also loved the Chronicles of Narnia by CS Lewis.

glad to see i am not the only adult that loves those books to also love the Chronicles of Narnia books we read them when i was in school and watched the movies.

Try Tamora Pierce and Brian Jacques. All I have is excellent reviews on them from my teenage daughter.

I like those harry potter books i am 19 not a kid but my little brother got me hooked on them. Doesn't matter the am to much anybody can get into those books i think.

They should read books that will give them knowledge, understanding, and savy. My favorite book is the bible.
