Bush vs Osama: who is running after who?

Osama was a foiegner to the U.S. and is a wealthy man. I believe he has an unpaid IOU with us, not to mention his acts. As long as he does something every now and then it gives bush the authority to send my brothers and sisters of the Armed Forces running around the world doing clean up work. Some of it having nothing to do with Osama. Just think how long would it take for your town to look like it did during WW2 if someone said that type of activity was taking place? Don't get me wrong, I'm all for handling business, but if were going to issue Hamurabi's Code of Justice, do it right.
