Here are two cities I know of in Florida: Wewahitchka and Two Egg. My grandfather used to live in Wewa, as we called it. Wewahitchka came from an indian name meaning "twin lakes" or "two eyes"...they had two lakes that looked like eyes when viewed from the air. The name Two Egg always fascinated me. I never did learn where that name came from.
