hello friends i believe its so tough wheeen u tell this to someone u really want to makre ur lifepartner. i sense the biggest threat is what if the other person doesnt think so,might be that person may get angry and not even talk to u ever in life again,its more heartbreaking.....

well not too difficult if u have to tell others that i,m gonna say someone that i love her/him a lot...
but when u faces him/her...
its very very difficult even to a bold person...
