Most E-Commerce software is designed to keep your personal sensitive information such as credit card number, address,etc... during on-line purchases secure. There are a several strong encryption technologies implemented to do this. SSL, SET, Assemetric Encryption, SMIME, SHTML, just to name a handful. Some people do not use e-commerce because of their lack of knowledge or experience with this technology. How do you feel?
