What should be punishment for a rapist? I think he should be tied in between the city for 2 hours.. and then shoot at the same point.. well It may looks scary but believe me.. one year jail or 50000 compensation won't give that girl anything.. in fact it just increase the no of rape.. because we all know the procedure of court..
