Keeping your children active is the best way to help them stay healthy. Canada's Physical Activity Guides for Children and Youth and other resources are available to parents, caregivers, educators, physicians and community leaders. The booklets offer tips to help keep your kids active. Order the booklets and other resources for parents and teachers. If you want to quit smoking, you don't have to do it alone. Quit 4 Life is a program for high-school students that gives them the tools they need to quit smoking. The program offers positive, supportive, realistic advice that recognizes the challenges of quitting. Quit 4 Life is also available as a booklet. A facilitator's guide is also available to help teachers, nurses and other interested adults work with groups. The Centres of Excellence for Children's Well-Being work to increase our understanding of the physical and mental health needs of children. They provide research-based information on different aspects of child and youth health.
