do we understand ourself??..do we know why we behave the way we behave??

do we understand our decisions and choices always??..atleast sometimes??.do we know why we do something the way we did it??..why dont we do it the other way around?..why are we the way we are?..why aren't we someother way?..well..wot do u say?..why do we choose what we choose?
