What changes would you like to make in mylot site if your are given a chance??

Here are my suggested changes to mylot site if im given a chance..........
I would like to introduce some thing like rating your response than selecting a best response and then the payments should be given as per the rating....
And also i would like to categorize the discussion topics to which they belong....
