COPY + PASTE : is MyLot co-responsable ???

I look at some of my topics and see that lots of posts are just copied and pasted, and have nothing to do with the true goal of MyLot : that is having a real forum. Then I look at the tag behind the pasters and mostly it is above (500). Now look at me : I'm having only (87) and when I try to even paste a URL on my post it is not possible because I'm less then (500) I truely believe that MyLot is co-responsable for all the cheaters that are able to paste. They should ban them but hey don't, so they continue to do it and cheat the honest people ... I'm giving just one example : irfan123
