What do you spend your salary/pocket money on?

I enjoy spending my pocket money on my kids, if there is any left after that then I enjoy buying things for my mom and sending them to her. Usually nothing left after this but if there is then I spend on me.

Thats sounds great. Right now I am on personal leave from work to care for my terminally ill mother who has cancer, and it has been a financial roller coaster for us. I have begged and borrowed and almost stoled just to keep her in diapers. I am not able to save anything. Dont have it to save

I save for things i really want. Like the new camera i am buying tomorrow. The Canon 400D. :] I'm excited, i've saved for over a year. I'm also selling my old camera on eBay so i can put a little money back into my bank account. Other than that i buy clothes and CDs/DVDs. I don't usually spend a lot when i go out with my friends as we go down the pub and i don't drink much. I do go to the cinema a bit though which is quite expensive!

My weakness is clothing and my kids. So I spend my pocket money on clothing for me or toys for my kids. My husband is hard to buy for, so he usually buys for himself. I should save it and start a business that will bring me good money. Im just too weak and always go spending on more and more clothes. ugh! What a bad habit. Thanks for the lovely topic!

I work security and often spend tons of money on flashlights I have enough of! I'm a gadgety guy!

Since I am the second income I get to spend my money I make on other things. Although I have been known to buy a few groceries and put gas in my van. Also this past summer I spend a majority of my money fixing my van since it has gone too long for some things needing done. Also bought my hubby a van and then paid for a few repairs on it. He also fills my tank from his money, I just help. I maintain an Ebay store and paperback swapping site so I make sure I get to keep some of my money I earn. Also get myself something with each check, whatever I might be in the mood for at the moment. Our library is free so there is no cost for me there, unless I wish to print something. Also I have to put some money away for the property taxes we pay twice a year.

I don't spend a lot of money. But when I want to buy something for myself, it is usually a book to read. Since I'm on the computer a lot, I tend to order books online.

Well I'm all of 16 and i don't really need to think about spending my money. Most of my money goes in travelling as i do not have my own vehicle. And most of it goes in the thing i truly love-- food!! Then there is pool and otha stuff i like spending on .. My parents take care of my other expenses like bills and stuff .. And i'm a spendthrift..i just can save my money!! lol

I use my money to take care of my personal needs,buy cloths,going out with friends,recharging my phone buy novels and books,but I am not spendthrift at all,I spend reasonablly

I have bills to pay and my children's education to think of.

I mainly spent my money in college canteen, movies, roaming out, petrol, mobile bills and some of the other things which are necessary

Im spending in paying bills, and living from paycheck to pay check. Its a hard life but that's the price to pay when you have a family.

Well first the bills get paid because that is most important. I make spare cash on the side so I use that for going to the movies, Net Flix, and things like that.

Well, I'm a fulltime student and at an age where my parents are still providing for me (as far as needs go), so when I work, my money goes into things I want, like clothes, make up, and things like that. I'm not working right now though, so everything is provided by my parents. I'll get a job again when I go back to school.

I get limited allowance , so I try to spend that in a way that i do nt have to make it a bad investnment , I mainly invest in my clothes , gadgets , on my GF , and on the movies

even i am not, but i like travellig so when i have spare money i go to mountains or wildlife. i also like driving if i get time i go on long drive.
