Hey guys After a lot of search on internet I have finally found Saddam Hussein Hanging Uncensored Video(not shown in news).This video is made by mobile so It is of lower resolution and in avi format.

It doesn't seem to work for me, all I got was audio. Is there something I need to play it in addition to windows media player?

You can try VLC media player.I uses Media Player Classic to view it.If then also you are not able to view it then put it in someone mobile phone who has Smart movie or Divx player to play avi files because it is basically mobile video.
I am sure it will solve you problem.
