did you think that bihar in india is the poorest and backward state?

hey man do you know that there is lots of money in bihar but they do not show off cause if he did so the next day he will be kidnapped or get a call for "HAFTA".so they are just keep that in.and backward can't say cause you can see the most of enginnering students and higher posts people are from bihar. ya but its true also because those who do not belong from high cast are little bit backward
