in Mendocino County, northcoast, near or in Fort Bragg, CA. I don't have alot of money, and I was wondering if anyone knows how I can get a REO (real estate owned) house, for pennies on the dollar. I hear about it, I read about it online, anyone have any tips for me? The photo on the Teddy Bear is at the local swimming hole, "Lily's Pond", on Big River (that's the river's real name!), Mendocino County, California. Do you have any ideas that can help me get my dream home in Mendocino County where I can return to my family, friends? My team of doctors are there, too. Thank you!

sorry I can not give you any direct tips for your area. We in Australia have rent buy plans owner finance plans. Check adverts on repo homes for sale and things like that in you local papers. and on the web. But be careful! some may be scammers just like over here. I wish you well in your quest

I'm hoping to find this too, but in North Carolina. I have seen it on tv and researched online, tomorrow I'm calling our local tax department (the trasurer possibly) and asking about government tax sales. Try that in your county. Good luck!
