Who makes the best blue jeans... for women?

I'm all about blue jeans, but looking for something different. I've worn Levi's for the last few years. what do you all recommend that flatters a figure and is still comfortable?

Steve and Barry's / and they always cost less than $10 a pair. They fit my figure perfectly.
