So, can someone tell me if this is all strictly legitimate? I was concerned with the payment offer being the cynic that I am. If anyone could shed some light I'd appreciate it.

It is definitely legit, I know more than a few people who have recieved their money as promised. It's best if you have a paypal account though, it makes it easier to get your money that way.
