What whould be a good daily workout for someone wanting to be a better paintball player. Things to improve my speed and stamina and how about some training tips for shooting, stalking and overall getting better at the game?

I realise that this is an old thread, but nonetheless i shall post. In paintball on thing you want to have is speed. Bursts on the break and running down the tape on a speedball field (im assuming your a speedballer)is critical in playing tournament paintball. Jogging in the morning is a most. Nothing big something gradual, start at something like 1 km a day and moving up till you are at a comfortable level, say 5 km a day. Snap shooting, running and gunning will improve your shooting. If you are interested in woodsball, these same things apply. As well having the same quality of gear as your opponents whether you are playing woodsball or speedball is a must, you never really want to lose because your gear was not good enough so keep that in mind.

for any kinda game you should wake up early then should do a lot of jogging starting with a warm round. then specific to the game you need to decide that which part gets the maximum stress while palying. and that body part should be concentrated more while exercising.
