Shrimp Seviche

Use two pounds of shrimp
10-12 tomatoes depending on size and taste
1 whole white or yellow onion
1/2 cut cilantro
2-5 peppers (jalepeno,pepperoncini,habanero) also to taste
1 1/2 cups of lemon juice
1/2 cup lime juice
1 tsp chili powder
1 whole clove of garlic
Take the shrimp and slice into very small pieces. Also slice the onion and garlic into fine minced pieces. Put them all into the lemon and lime juice let sit covered and refrigerated for a minimum of 4-6 hours or overnight.
(The acid in the juice is what cooks the raw shrimp for you so do not stint on the marinating time!)
Slice the rest of your ingredients fine and small as if for salsa and add them to the mixture. Stir and serve with tortillas or corn tortilla chips.
