Why are Chinese/Koreans so good at table tennis?

If you show teble tennis match or play, you can easily see that Chinese and Koreans so good at table tennis. So how can they do it? is it naturally or there is another secret way to play tennis so well in CHine and Korea?

sport with populative fundation will of course be better.in china,many people are interested in the easy and funny sport.

I don't think it really matters what race you are...It's more like how much time you put into what you decide to do.
