Should they be completely baned?

Everyone knows the evil effects of cigarattes.But still they smoke.Even the young educated generation do the same thing.They feel cool doing so,even though they know the effects.But after they face the consequences they repel.So should the government take some steps against this to avoid this other than thinking about the profits made from it.

Nah - the government just keeps adding more and more taxes to things like smokes and alchohol and consider that's their way of helping - making it too expensive :-)
I don't think it should be banned - yes I'm a smoker, but once they start on smokes - what comes next?

They keep on adding more and more taxes because they know that they are harming the people then why not make money when people are not going to stop smoking.
In this way, atleast they help the country's economy.
