I liked the third part because it completed the story and gave a meaning to the Ist part's climax. Ist Part creates terror and sorrow. IInd Part creates hope. IIIrd Part finishes the dilemma and gives joy and relief (with tears of thankfulness for Neo). The third part was the most emotional of all and hence the best.
