Child molastation at Noida

Two persons of Noida use to Molastate children from 3 years to 16 years. The guys name was Mohinder singh he is having a business in NOIDA and Chhandigarh. His servent was also helping him in doing so. even they have molestated the dead bodies what will be the reasons behing the cural behaviour

ya.. seen these in the news... preety sad... These guys should get the capital punishment and should be hanged in the place where the bodies where found in front of all the people... That should be an example for others for not doing these kind of things...

personally i feel that the killer should be hanged or killed after severe torture.how can a man be so insane to kill small children who were like his son or daughter?
