Instead of a televised deabte with Dubya, would John Kerry be better advised to challenge Dubya and Cheney to a fight ? After all, Kerry has proved his personal credentials in combat, whereas the latter duo have pointedly avoided being placed in harm's way during previous opportunities for combat, such as Vietnam. Unfortunately, Dubya and Cheney's reluctance to fight in the past has not stopped them ordering other men and women to fight (and die) with considerable gusto.
