Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy HBOT is a treatment where a patient will breathe 100% pure oxigen in a chamber with a greater pressure than the atmospheric pressure. Every cell in the human body will be saturated with oxygen when a person breathes 100% oxygen at a greater pressure. This results in the increase of tissue repair rate caused by injuries or ilness. Because of this effect, HBOT has been used widely to treat a variety of illness such as burns & radiation injuries, non-healing wounds, gangrene (diabetic wounds), cerebral palsy & autism, multiple sclerosis, stroke, sport injuries, arterial gas embolism & decompression sickness, severe anemia, osteomyelitis (refractory), crush injury and acute trauma.

Thank you for your answer. It's important most people know about HBOT, because it can help when they have any of the illnesses you mention.

From what i have heard and learnt Hyperbaric chambers are used for increasing the cell growth and thus repairment process , it saturates the cells with oxygen making them hyperactive in cell division thus new cells are born and repairment starts.
