Are Singaporeans bad?

When I went to China Town here in Philippines, to buy mooncakes, 2 Chinese Men said that they hate Singaporeans. Cause all Singaporeans they've known were cheaters & bad. So I ask my self "are Singaporeans bad?" I have Singaporean classmates but they're not bad. Many Singaporeans love our country, food, products, & celebrities of our country & I never heard a news on TV that they did bad things here. For you, are Singaporeans bad?

I dont think so, others are bad and others are good.
