German china -- "Fr. St. BAVARIA GERMANY"

HI,
I have a small set (chocolate set? Demitasse set?) of German china. The bottom is marked with a 5-pointed crown, and below the crown it says "Fr. St." and below that it says "BAVARIA" and below that it says "GERMANY"
Anyone know who is the manufacturer?
