How to incerase Stamina?

Hi, friends, I start this topic to discuss about the excercises and other stuffs dealing with increasing one's stamina. My sugession is to do a lot of running, pushups, aerobaticls

I agree, the only way to increase muscle stamina is to train until you drop, then do a bit more each day. It's all about self-discipline. Acrobatics is a must for any serious martial artist, it helps the artist gain balance, sensitivity to gravity and amazing muscle stamina. Doing all your techniques while in the air is also good for broadening the horizons if you believe you have mastered movements on the ground.
