family matter always be topic discussion in mylot?

I think you'll see family matters as the most discussed topic because its soemthing everyone can relate too. Its something that is important to most people. Its also something that I think a lot of people are looking for advice, tips or to be able to rant about. Family is something that people deal with on a daily basis so its talked about a lot. I think family will always be a universal topic around here. I know I love talking about my family and offering advice to others to help in anyway that I can. The good thing about mylot if you don't like the family discussions then just skip over them, there are tons of other discussions on here. Or you can post non family discussions, have fun posting.

Yes, it is. Because we live for our family - my and children. There will always be something one can talk to. Secondly one would like to know how such a siutation is taken care elsewhere in the world. There are so many tips which I picked up here during the discussion and response which were quite useful. As far as office matters/business matters are not discussed at home, my wife keeps talking about things that has happened at home, at school, his requirements, his problems, my wife's household requirements, her plans, changes in plans. Also we have too many festivals and we need to participate in our relatives functions and celebrations. Therefore, family is focal point in our culture and obviously we will have lots and lots of things to tell. Someone said in mylot that there are many women in mylot than men. Obviously (if that is right), there will be lot of issues pertaining to family. Aren't you getting educated here? (just a joke)

I do not feel that there is anything wrong with that as we are all trying to get advice and opinions on things that are happening in our lives. myLot has become a very good place to get opinions, advice and ideas of certain issues.

not to be rude. but.why didnt you post something like that .instead of family matters.everyone loves talking about their familys,hope an dreams an troubles an whats ahead of them an how we can help each other.sry im not being rude ,just wondering

It is probably the easiest thing for people to talk about. But that's a good thing. Everyone can relate to these discussions and have something to add whether it being advice or just your opinion. But I do see a lot of other types of discussions here. I have read a lot of discussions on how to make some extra money, TV shows people watch, animals and pets, gardening tips, and so on. But then a lot of this is still in the personal side, isn't it. Really what else is there.lol
