public bathrooms

I agree with you 100% blackdogpotter! One would think that they would be extra careful in public bathrooms! I have no idea why some would do this, but a few reasons come to mind: they are in a rush, they know somebody else will have to clean up after them, they are lazy, or maybe they are just an uncaring slob. I guess it boils down to not respecting others property. I helped out a friend at his establishment one summer. I used to think girls restrooms were bad, but when I had to clean the men's bathroom, I found it equally bad, if not worse! (Don't know why, but that surprised me. I guess they all don't have good aim, lol!)
