when World is becoming one, why there should not be ONE LAW for everyone

Now with the progress in education,travelling,communication,culture and many more are becoming common and all are getting used to it, why one law for the whole world should not be brought? It will be helpful for all since everybody will be aware of laws which are common in the world. Now with each country having its own laws, everytime a person moves from one country to another has to learn laws of that country.
