Was Saddam's execution justified??????

As we all know that Saddam hussain was executed a few days ago,there was series of mixed reactions from all over the world regarding his execution. So what is your say on this?

he deserves it for killing thousand innocent people

Yes, they should have killed him in the underground bunk itself at the time of capture.
