Helping Children

Children are like angiles. I stay in India and i see a lot of them being deprived of all the fun of their childhood. Their parents are not only ignorant about the rights of their children, they will become aggressive if u try to help the child in any manner because for them it is interference in their personnel matters. What can be done to change this? Should Govt make laws that only those couples are allowed to produce children who can look after them well. But will it ever work ? Has it ever worked anywhere in the world? Then what to do ?

helping childrean is good habit, but we should teach which one is good and which one is bad in their childhood age otherwise we will get some problems in future.

its good to see atleast someone is bothered about these issues buddy, keep it up,and i think ur right people should never have children if they cant take care of them, but thats not the point every-one is an optimist they think they can become better than what they are,or atleast hope that their children can do it for them, can you blame them for that??? do u think they desrve to be left that way??? i dont and i bet u dont either,we should help the parents first dont u think they suffered a lot too???
